Bonita is a little Chihuahua girl looking for a loving home. She was taken out of a horrible hoarding situation----too many dogs living in too little space. Thank goodness, all the dogs have been removed  and now are up for adoption.

Typical of many Chihuahuas Bonita is timid and has a lot of nervous energy. She warms up to people slowly, but once she gains your trust, she is very loving and will be your constant companion!

She is not interacting with the other two dogs in her foster home, but they are bigger dogs. She would probably prefer to be around smaller dogs. Mostly, she enjoys her ‘human’ friends to be around.

We are still working on housebreaking with her. She does ‘go’ outside, but is still having some accidents in the house. Hopefully, when it gets a little warmer, we’ll get her 100% housebroke.

She is such a cutie and a joy to have around!
