Hi, my name is Coco! I was rescued from a shelter in Michigan. I am around 8 years old, spayed, and up to date on my shots.
I was starving and abused when my foster family first got me, but now I have my weight back on and am trusting my foster family. My foster mom is so quiet and calm I love to be next to her, and she tells me I am ok and a good dog. I get nervous when a new playful (wild) dog comes into foster care. So I really need a quiet home to be with people that I can sit with on the sofa and eat popcorn (I love popcorn) and sleep with at night. I am on a wheat free diet. I really like car rides too. I am a snuggle bug and I do the Coco dance when it is feeding time, my foster dad says I am nascar racing.
I do have to take this medication to keep from having seizures, but my foster mom is really good about giving it to me on time so I don't have seizures. It is not very expensive - only about $9.00 for 3 months because my foster mom goes to Walmart to get them. I am really good at taking my pills - just a little butter and down it goes. I know when mom says it is time to take my pill and I go right to the kitchen.
I get along with all the other dogs, just the really wild ones make me nervous. The cat tries to scare me sometimes he likes to pick on me. But I would never hurt him, I usually run the other way. So if you think you have a home for me please email Hanaburgh@att.net.
