I wish I could tell what my mom and dad looked like so that you would have a clue as to what breed I am.  Since dogs don’t talk human talk you will just have to take a guess.

I can show you though that I am a smart guy, I love to meet new dogs, I love to wrestle and chase and play tug of war with other dogs, I like it a lot when you scratch me behind the ears or low down on my back and I have a great time at adoption events!  My foster mom says that I can also show you how much I need some training on how to walk properly on a leash.  I am a very strong boy and I can give even strong big people a real trial with that.  However, I am a quick learner so it shouldn’t be too tough to teach me some walking manners.  I learned with one lesson about crate training and now I run to my crate when it is time.  I also learned that feeding time means I go in my crate.  (I tend to have some “struggles” with other dogs if they try to share my food bowl so I get my privacy when I am eating.)

I also can’t tell you my previous name but I learned Davis really fast and I come real good when you call me.

I haven’t meet any cats since I came here so no one can tell you what I do if I lived with them.  I did meet lots of children at an adoption event and they were great.  I don’t know if I would be too rough though with really little ones.

Now don’t let that make you think that I am really high energy because while I like my running and playing, I also can lay near my humans and just watch them.  I can be real content just being a part of a family.

You can email hanaburgh@att.net  if you think of any questions that I haven’t answered.
