Dillon is absolutely the sweetest, kissiest beagle boy ever! He wants to be on or by your lap all the time. He is not your typical beagle in that he is not big on chasing wild animals, and he doesn't bay. He has the funniest bark, though, that sounds like a seal honking! He is young, guessing 2-3 years old, and came to us with Heartworm disease and not neutered. We had him treated for the HW disease and he is fine now, and was adopted out for a year. But as in many cases these days, his family lost jobs and had to move, so he was returned to us. Dillon is housetrained and crate trained but doesn't really need or like the crate. He will get into food stuff if left within reach, but does not chew up other things. He likes to run around the back yard and play a short game of fetch, and he likes to play with other dogs his size.He does not like other dominant male dogs or some dogs larger than he is.Mostly he just likes to lay around. He will sit for a treat, but has to be reminded every time not to jump up for it. He also still jumps on people when they arrive, as he gets so excited. He knows it is not right and is working on that!He loves little kids and just wants to keep kissing and snuggling up to them. He loves car rides and walks and going anyplace with you. He would be an excellent family dog. For more info, contact: janandal@sbcglobal.net
