Dutchess

Breed: Beagle
DOB: 2000
Sex: Spayed female
Weight: 28 pounds

Foster home: Christine
115-10

Dutchess is a delightful beagle who adores human attention and loves her stuffy toys and bones. And the most hilarious thing about her is that she sleeps *all the way* under the covers at the very foot of the bed! She hops up on the bed and practically dives under and then swims to the end and she stays there most of the night.

One would never guess that Dutchess is ten years old as she is in fabulous health and very lively. Dutchess grew up with the same family since she was a puppy, and she came to APB along with her companion Ozzie because their family had a child who developed severe allergies, and they weren't able to keep their beagles.

Dutchess often pesters the cats in her foster home and chases them a bit, and she would likely do the same with new cats that she meets, so any cats in her new home should be tolerant of dogs. Dutchess gets along well with male dogs, but she sometimes barks and growls at the female dogs in her foster home and would probably be happier if she doesn't have to share attention with female dogs.
