Hello,
I am Honey Girl, or you can just call me Honey. My foster Mom says I am such a little honey so that must be why I was named Honey. Sadly, I lost my home because the apartment complex where I was living instituted a “no dogs” policy and my person could not afford to move. It was very sad for both of us, and so after 6 years of being a faithful companion my whole world has been turned upside down.
I am a very sensitive girl and would prefer a quieter home. I get scared if there is a lot of commotion in the house and will hide under the bed so a home with young kids and a lot activity would not be good for me.
I am totally house trained and very well behaved in the house, and I do not need to be crated. My foster Dad works out of a home office, and I love to lie in his office while he is working. He says I am a very good girl and I will make someone a very good companion. I would love to keep you company too!
I love to take walks and am hoping to find someone to take walks with. It will be lots of fun, and it will help us both get in great shape! And I really like the fenced yard at my foster home so I hope you have one too. I love to stroll around the yard checking things out, and I love to be out in the yard with my foster family.
I get along great with the other dogs in my foster home. I am a very smart girl and listen very well. I know the commands “no”, “sit”, “shake”, “sit pretty”, “down” and “over” and I will roll on my back and wave my paws in the air. I will do anything for a treat!
Oh and there is one more cute thing I think you should know about me. One of my spots is heart shaped, and my foster Mom said that is because I am such a sweetheart.
The thing I want most in the whole world is to be a companion to someone again like I used to be. Are you looking for a best friend whose loyal, loving and devoted to share your life with? Can you please help me turn my world the right way again?
Love, Honey
