Ivy has the sweetest disposition and a really laid back attitude. She loves snuggling up in her kennel for a good nights sleep and makes sure to wake me up in the morning when it's time to go potty! She shares her space really well with Vinny, our family cat. She's not too fond of the way linoleum feels under her feet, so a few non-slip throw rugs and she's good to go. Ivy is probably the quietest hound dog you will ever have the chance to meet ~ she barks quietly when she sees deer in her yard, but other than that she's not a "howler". She loves to follow her nose, so a leash and fenced in yard are really a must. She is learning "sit", "stay" and "heel".....slowly, but surely. Ivy enjoys her space on the floor and doesn't feel the need to jump up on counters or furniture. A loving family and safe environment will make Ivy a happy dog!!
