Izak

Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier mix
DOB: 3-2010
Sex: Neutered male
Weight:
60 pounds
Foster home: Theresa
195-10

Please Note: Izak will be not adopted outside the state of Michigan.

This guy is a very friendly, loving and snuggly boy. He definitely has the lean down to a science and loves being near you.  Izak wears a smile on his face all the time. He loves attention and will follow you everywhere you go.  He is not a pest at all; he just likes to be with his people and will quietly wait for you to finish what it is that you are doing. Once in a while though, he cannot contain himself and will get a case of the zoomies and run as fast as he can from room to room and then plop down on the floor with a huge smile on his face while he catches his breath.

Izak gets along with his foster friends and enjoys playing tug and keep away.   He also enjoys playing chase with people.  You chase him and he runs away.  As you can see by the video, he also plays well all by himself.  In the summer, he enjoys being in the pool and splashing around with his friends too.   He really is an easy guy to love and have in your home.

He does have a unique look in that his right eye is half blue and he has a small but easy to overcome challenge. Izak is deaf. His deafness does not bother him at all. He does know some signs and will follow another hearing dog too.

Due to the fact that Izak is deaf, a physically fenced in yard is mandatory.

Please research his breed by visiting these websites: www.pbrc.net , and www.badrap.org
