Jack is a very well-behaved dog with a wonderful disposition and is very loving. He is fairly timid with children - I don't think he is quite sure what they are, but I think a home with older children (teenagers) would be fine. He likes people and is very smart and would appreciate having a job. He is recently housebroken and crate trained. For the last year he lived in a kennel in animal control.
He is learning about new things in this big world all the time. He is adjusting very well from his former life. He gets along with the other dogs in the household - however he did not test well with cats. Loud noises or voices still startle him. An ideal situation for Jack would be to have someone at home with him daily.
Jack is all up-to-date on his vaccinations and has been heartworm tested and is on heartworm medication. Email
