Juju is a very unique senior dog.  If she is in a quiet home with little activity, she just sleeps most of the time and acts like an old dog.  When she is in a more active home, she actually loves playing “wrestling” games with bigger dogs!  So we are hoping someone with a playful medium or large size dog (or even multiple medium to large dogs) that would like to play with a smaller dog will want to adopt Juju since she would thrive in a home like this.

Even though Juju has impaired eye sight (she may be mostly blind), you hardly notice it because she goes to the door to go outside (very rarely has an accident in the house), goes up and down the 3 steps at the door to outside and even walks pretty good on a leash if she has a harness on.

For a few days she stayed in a home with children as young as 4 years old and was excellent with them.  She seems to be delighted to have attention from humans of almost any age!

Juju has not been with any cats since she was rescued but if needed, we could arrange to “cat test” her for an interested adopter who owns cats. E-mail julemson@wmol.com for more info!
