Leopold was saved from a shelter, even this wee baby wasn't adopted.

Leuie is a wonderful, delightful little puppy dog. If you like Shepherds, you will love Leupold. He is completely fearless, he is not a pup for a timid human leader, he will need a firm, yet gentle hand. He already wants to be top dog - even above his Great Dane foster sister...as I said, fearless! The day he walked into my house, greeted by 3 dogs, he wagged the whole time.

He is doing marvelous on potty training! With consistent trips outside and praise for pottying, he will gladly do it each and every time. He's doing awesome about not pottying in his crate as well! he tries to hold it as long as a baby can. He does, however, cry when I leave him crated in the morning, in the evening, he'll gladly take a snooze in it, with the door open. He is getting more adventurous about chasing the cats, but comes when told NO! He even already knows Sit...hes one smart cookie!

If you are looking for a dog to compete with - he would be a very good partner!

Most importantly, as mentioned above, he will require a strong Alpha to follow! If you are not big into obedience training, he is not the pup for you. He will require it!

Leuie is not extremely hyper, nor extremely vocal...but he is however German Shepherd, expect to have an active dog who likes to voice his opinion. :)
