We are guessing that Lolita is a combination of two herding breeds but she is not your typical herding dog. She does not appear to have the drive and need for exercise that many of them have. She is mostly a “velcro dog” that wants to be wherever her human is and even though she likes it outside, she will not stay out there very long if there are not any humans out with her.
If you go to sit on the couch, Lolita races to out-maneuver the other dogs to get the spot next to you first! She adores attention and the human companionship. Sometimes she can be very submissive so it would not be a surprise to find out that she has had some abuse in the past.
Lolita loves to go for walks and car rides – probably not so much that she enjoys the activity but more that she gets to be with her people!
She gets along great with other dogs and occasionally will play with them.
