Quincy is a ridiculously cute, deaf, senor maltese mix that came to us through a shelter.  He has the kind of face that makes people stop on the street to ask about him or pull out their camera.  Quincy seems to have had a rough life before he was picked up.  He may or may not have been living on the streets for long but he came to us with a mouth full of rotten teeth and was still intact at his ripe old age.  He has now been neutered and all of his teeth have been removed, which gives him that silly tongue -out grin.  He is very sweet and bonds deeply with his human but is not used to being babied.  He doesn’t trust anyone, even his mommy, to mess around with his face and will respond aggressively.  For this reason he cannot go to a house with children and must have an experienced and understanding adopter.  He ignores other dogs and cats and is completely housetrained.    All Quincy wants is to have a comfortable life, sleeping next to or going for walks with his beloved human.  He’s a special dog that deserves a special home for his remaining years.
