Hi I'm Sam! 

I'm Sam, an adorable hound mix. I waited at animal control for over 3 weeks and my owners never came to get me. An APB foster volunteer came and sprung me from doggie jail as my time was running out. 

If you are looking for a running partner, please consider me as I love to run. I am under 2 years old, and a really strong 95 pound boy who loves everyone, including most other dogs. My foster parents say that I am one of the smartest dogs they have had and that I should be adopted by an experienced dog owner with a secure fence. I learned how to open those doors with lever handles and can open unlocked gates. I know sit, down and am house trained. I would love to go to obedience class so you could teach me new things, as I am food motivated and learn quickly. I am also microchipped, up to date on my vaccinations, and neutered.
