Sparky was an owner
surrender. He was turned in to a shelter because the owner couldn’t keep
him for some unknown reason.
I have had him for
approximately 3 months and I have seen no bad behavior from him that
would be a reason to give him away.
He is reasonably active
but will settle down in the house. He loves to play and chew on a
rawhide bone. When he is done he will lie quietly on the floor and take
a nap.
He does get excited and
bark some when he is in his crate and my other dogs are running around,
but quiets down when they go outside. He also barks a little at the
neighbor’s dog when it is outside.
He is a little nervous and
excitable in new situations and jumps around quite a bit, so probably
would not be good in a home with very young children because he might
jump up on them..
Since he is active and
sometimes gets a little stubborn when he doesn’t want to come inside, a
fenced yard is a must.
He is crate trained and seems
fine in the crate here as long as he has had some outside playtime
He gets along with other dogs
and loves to play in the yard with other dogs his size.
He is a good little guy who
is friendly and loving. He deserves a new forever home! If you think
Sparky is the guy for you, e-mail
