Little Sparky's owner died and he had to come into our rescue. He is absolutely the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest dog ever. He loves everyone he meets and becomes attached in no time. He is one very adaptable little guy. He is happiest on a lap, but will also lie on a dog bed and watch you when you are working on something. He is housebroken, doesn't need to be crated and would like to sleep in bed with you. He does have a luxating patella, but no surgery needs to be done on it - he is fine but limps once in awhile.
