Sweet Pea is an 8 to 10 year old toy poodle who was found by her now foster dad wandering in the street in late November. Sweet Pea was so matted that she could barely walk. During a vet visit Sweet Pea was found to have several rotten teeth and was not spayed. She ended up having to have about 15 teeth pulled therefore must have canned food. She has also been spayed and has no known health issues now!

Sweet Pea lives up to her name as she is very affectionate with adults - especially men. In the last few weeks she has started to come out of her shell and has started to enjoy toys and play. Don't let Sweet Pea's age deter you - she still has a lot of spunk!

Sweet Pea loves and deserves to be the center of someone's attention! She would do best in a home without children or other animals so she can enjoy all the spoiling she is entitled to, although she should be fine with visiting pets and children. Sweet Pea seems to take on the mood of her people - if you are up and active so is she, and if you are relaxed and calm she will be the same. She would be perfect for an older couple or person.
