Breed: Shih Tzu
DOB: 7-25-1995
Sex: Neutered male
Weight: 16 pounds
Foster home: Julie

My owner had to go into a nursing home and no one else in the family was able to take me. I was a spoiled shih tzu that is use to getting three walks a day, treats almost whenever I wanted them and sleeping in bed at night with my owner. I love my toys and I have a favorite that I usually pick out of the three. I get along with other dogs as long as they are calm, but I am also use to being the one-and-only so either situation would work fine for me.

I really bark when someone new comes over but I do this because I know my owner would give me treats and then the new person would give me treats and pet me! If you ignore me, then I give up because I hate to be ignored! A few years back, my right eye was injured and not treated in time. Last year, it was giving me so much trouble that I had it removed so I would not be in pain anymore. So now I have just a left eye but I can get around just fine,. However, sometimes my depth perception is a little off and I need help going down flights of stairs.

I am house broke and have never been crated but I am good boy so I really do not need a crate.
