My 'lil Terrier guy, Scruffers, went to the bridge tonight.

It was time. I can remember telling the vet at his first visit that the age estimate of 8-10 years had to be wrong....he acted like a young dog. The dog that went to the vet tonight acted 20, not 10.

Bill said one time that he worried about Scruffy getting adopted, 'cause he'd settled in here like a permanent resident. While my only regret is that he didn't find a home where he could get ALL of the attention....I hope he did feel like this was his home. Because we loved him, and did our best. 

Godspeed, little man. We love you, and miss you.
